Closure of New Applications 

As of February 7, 2024, the ACP will no longer accept new applications. This development follows an announcement from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) citing the lack of additional funding from Congress as the reason for this decision. 

Unfortunately, this means we are unable to process new applications for the ACP benefit through Utah Broadband or any other service provider beyond this date. For those who have successfully applied and been approved before the 11:59 p.m. ET deadline, your benefits will proceed as outlined in your acceptance.
