We want to share an important update about the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a crucial federal initiative that ensures affordable internet access for eligible households.
Closure of New Applications
Effective February 7, 2024, the ACP will stop accepting new applications due to a halt in additional funding from Congress, as announced by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). After this date, Utah Broadband, along with all other service providers, will no longer be able to process new ACP applications. However, if your application is approved before the 11:59 p.m. ET deadline on February 7, your benefits will continue as specified in your acceptance.
