To be removed from Admin Alert, you can log in to your Utah Broadband account and pay online, call our customer service team at 801-717-2000, or set up a payment plan by filling out the form below.
If your account is placed on Admin Alert due to past due payments, the full past due amount must be paid to restore service. Please note that Utah Broadband may asses a $10 late fee for over due accounts per
our residential terms and conditions.
You can make payments to Utah Broadband by logging into your customer portal, calling us directly, or filling out the payment plan form to get set up on a payment plan.
Utah Broadband accepts debit and credit cards, and bank transfers. We strongly recommend all new customers sign up for autopay to avoid missed payments. If you’d like to use a different payment method, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
There is no fee for choosing not to use autopay, but it is strongly encouraged for convenience and to help avoid missed payments.
